The MIG-350DP-W/500DP-W welding machine is a multi-functional welding equipment. It adopts full-bridge inverter soft-switching control technology, dual IGBT modules, and fast recovery diode modules, and is suitable for products that weld low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, etc. Its unique welding techniques, such as pulse and dual-pulse modes, can improve welding quality and production efficiency, especially in solving complex production problems with remarkable effects. The dual-pulse welding mode can make the weld seam reach the level of argon arc welding, which is due to the precise control of the heat in the welding metal. The pulse process is particularly suitable for welding stainless steel and aluminum alloys. In the semi-automatic welding mode (MIG/MAG), you can save the set welding parameter settings and reuse them when necessary. This optimizes the working time of welders. The device is equipped with wheels for mobility and a cart with a reserved space for gas tank placement, enhancing its mobility. It has a detachable wire feeding device and a water tank.

PULSE MODE
The PULSE mode simplifies the welding process by ensuring high levels of joint reliability. Unlike short circuit welding, pulse welding does not produce spatter and prevents adhesion. The quality and convenience of the pulse process enable inexperienced welders to weld welds of different complexities.
DOUBLE PULSE MODE
Using the double pulse method, the wire feeding speed during the welding process changes according to the set parameters. The DOUBLE PULSE mode is highly suitable for welding stainless steel and aluminum (also due to the rapid cleaning effect of the edge switching), especially for thin plates. In these thin plates, TIG quality can be achieved at a higher production rate. In the DOUBLE PULSE mode, the pulse current and pause current can be adjusted to further control the appearance of the weld seam and reduce the heat affected zone. The welding in the DOUBLE PULSE mode simplifies the welding process for aluminum and its alloys as well as stainless steel, ensuring a high level of connection reliability.
SAVE PROGRAMS
The existence of storage units enables you to save the settings of the welding parameters, frequently repeated tasks, and replay them when necessary, thereby significantly reducing the setup time of the equipment.
